The Grove
Oleo was born from a simple conviction: the world's finest olive oil deserves to come from trees with memory. Our groves in the Peloponnese trace their roots through generations of careful stewardship — trees that have witnessed centuries of seasons.
Every bottle is cold-pressed within hours of harvest, preserving the volatile aromatics that define truly exceptional oil. We produce in small batches, never compromising yield for quality.
